Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

The Massachusetts Baptist Deacon & Deaconess Association cordially invites you to attend our Annual Scholarship Award Luncheon. Although our scholarship luncheon may take on a different look this year, we would still like to honor our thirty plus years old tradition of awarding scholarships to deserving students in our community.  We established the scholarship fund in memory of Deacon Jeff C. Brown, a former member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. With God’s help and yours, we will continue to award scholarship assistance to many deserving students in our community.

Please help us again this year to render assistance to those who have chosen to seek higher learning. Our future depends on their education. We would appreciate it if one of your Deacons/Deaconesses would partner with us and serve as the contact person to represent your church.  The contact person would be responsible for distributing the scholarship application to the youth of the church. The request to all member churches has been that you would contribute $100.00 instead of purchasing two tickets to the luncheon.

We are working on a plan to hold an awards ceremony so we can honor our recipients so stay tuned for the details to come.
